Mother dear brought home some exceptionally special tea yesterday, It's pretty much just dried plants bagged up. Not shredded or anything. Flowers of Chamomile, Lavander, Marigold, attatched to their stems. You're supposed to just put them in your teapot like that and pour the hot water over them. :) They do not turn bitter and they seep up the water and grow.
It's an amazing sight. The flowers look wonderful in the water. Tastes as good as it looks, too. Very flowery plant-like.
It's amazing how much it beats tea that's gone through more processes to be put into tea bags.:) We should trust nature to do it's own thing sometimes.
